WARRANTY

We take pride in the quality of our products and are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our products.

What is Covered:

This limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of our products. If a defect arises, shoot us an email and we will make it right. Ryfined Gear will at its discretion, either repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.

What is Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
3. Accidents, modifications, or alterations

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, please contact us at contact@ryfinedgear.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Upon approval of your claim, instructions for returning the product will be provided. Shipping costs associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer. All repairs will be conducted in Hong Kong.

Modifications to Warranty:

Ryfined Gear reserves the right to modify or discontinue this limited lifetime warranty at any time, without prior notice.
