SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing and Dispatch Time:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of delays, customers will be notified promptly.

 

2. Shipping Methods:

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination. If other expedited methods of shipping are desired, please contact us at contact@ryfinedgear.com for a quote.

 

3. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UK, USA. If your location is not listed, please contact us at contact@ryfinedgear.com to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your area.

5. Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

6. Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that any import taxes, customs duties, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the customs authorities of your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

When placing an international order with Ryfined Gear, it is essential to be aware of the potential additional costs that may be incurred upon the arrival of your order in your country. These charges, levied by the customs authorities, vary from country to country and are determined based on the declared value of the items.

To ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid any unforeseen expenses, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the applicable import taxes, customs duties, and VAT rates.

By completing your purchase with Ryfined Gear, you acknowledge and accept that any such charges imposed by customs authorities in your country are your responsibility. Failure to settle these charges may result in the delay or non-delivery of your order.

Ryfined Gear is not responsible for items that are not accepted in certain countries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Refunds Policy:

 

At Ryfined Gear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be flexible, accommodating, and customer-centric. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns eligibility guidelines below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We would also need the receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return.

2. Damaged Goods:

Please check all products upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective items in your communication so we can make it right.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ryfinedgear.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

4. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card company might take some time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges:
