SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All items are shipped out from our workshop in Hong Kong, where we complete all our final assemblies and quality control. Due to the new tariffs, shipments to the US will take longer than usual. Once your order has been accepted, we will mail out all Non-US shipments within 3 business days and US shipments within 7 business days. We ship out packages Monday to Friday. We will send you your tracking information in a separate email.

Shipping to Europe and US typically takes 14-21 business day, but it is not uncommon for packages to arrive earlier. 

Returns

We design all our products in house and and are confident that you will love it as much as we do. In the case that you are not entirely satisfied with our products, you may return your item(s)  within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please note that this refund policy only applies to item(s) purchased directly on ryfinedgear.com.

1. Contact us first via contact@ryfinedgear.com and let our customer service know of your concerns.

2. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible. Remember to include your reason for return.
