A quick update from the founders
Hello everyone. We want to share a quick, transparent update regarding our KUT Lite Kickstarter campaign.
Many of you have noticed that the KUT Lite page is temporarily hidden. This is due to a copyright infringement claim submitted by Gear Infusion regarding their GhostTi design. We want to clear things up and share the facts with our community.
For a bit of background: we are a small business in Hong Kong, started out of a pure passion for EDC gear and watches. On April 30th, 2024, we launched our very first Kickstarter project, the Duplex. While it may not have made massive waves, it represented our proud first step into the EDC world as the thinnest utility blade with a spare storage slot at the time.
To put the design timeline into perspective:

Gear Infusion 'GhostTi': Launched Sept 24, 2024 (almost half a year later)
After our Jiminy project, we received feedback from you guys asking to see more of our products in titanium. The KUT Lite became our answer to that. As you can see in the slides, we kept the original lines of our Duplex but slimmed it right down to engineer the perfect titanium keychain utility knife.
We stand firmly by the KUT Lite as a our original design and a direct derivative of the Duplex.
